Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Text confirmations are sent 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment
Text reminders are sent 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment
Full payment is required for the following conditions:
Neglecting to CANCEL a scheduled appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time
No Showing appointment without calling to cancel
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the therapists discretion for extreme situations, but they are not guaranteed.
***Please note that arriving late to your appointment will require shortening the session to keep subsequent appointments on time.
And lastly, Please DO NOT ATTEND your appointment if you have symptoms of an illness, that includes the following:
Fever
Rashes
Runny nose
Nasal congestion
Cough
If you have a recent surgical wound, please cover with a bandage
If you arrive to your appointment and you are ill, you will be declined services and will be charged for the full session.
To preserve the calm, restorative nature during a session, please SILENCE YOUR CELLPHONE COMPLETELY, no ringer, no vibration before your session begins.
If your phone sounds during a session, you’ll be gently asked to silence it before the session continues, allowing us to return to a fully uninterrupted experience.
